Horst R. Brumm, born 1954, has been learning and working for over 30 years in the registered and approved non-profit institution Karma Tengyal Ling in Germany. Her Eminence Khandro Rinpoche asked him to teach in 2010. In 2016 she officially declared him a Yogi.
