In this world, where people are competing and fighting for the position of leadership, many have lost the true meaning of leadership. Some believe that to attain the leadership position, they need to start behaving like a leader, which often translates to exercising authority over others, dressing in a certain way, and usurping power over others. However, as believers, our definition of leadership is based on the principles of servant leadership prescribed by our Lord Jesus Christ.
