Our emotions are one of the most complex parts of us. We can feel one thing one minute, and then something completely different the next. And sometimes, we can feel multiple things at once. Emotions can be intimidating to feel, and downright scary to talk about. But emotions are actually a gift that God uses to help drive us toward deeper awareness and transformation.
