For the past year I've been playing in a softball league every Tuesday night, Tennis league on Thursday nights, and a over 45 year old mens hardball baseball league on Sunday mornings. With all of that going on in my life it's been very hard to not get injured as a 56 year old man. Plus my grey hair is getting greyer and greyer and that doesn't help my mind set either. Why can woman die their hair and nobody thinks that's cheesy, but if a man does it he's ripped on by others? My producer Mike Albanese and I discuss a situation with a certain player on my team who felt the need to tell me he didn't like the 1st episode of my podcast without me even asking, and if drinking and getting high before and during games could help or impair a players performance.
