The Lord is at hand, so don’t be anxious about anything. We live in an age of anxiety, trading peace for worry. But Jesus is offering to take our worries and give us peace.

• Practice peace
• Pray about everything
• Practice trusting God- empty your cares onto Him in prayer, fill your minds and hearts with lovely thoughts
