Welcome to Nothing Ventured, Nothing Gamed, and our Pathfinder 2nd Edition podcast. We are playing Wrath of the Righteous! It is a Pathfinder adventure path from 1st edition which we will be converting into Pathfinder 2nd Edition. The battle against the raging flame of the warehouse has been dealt with, but now the hunt begins for the brand itself, the real reason the party is here. Now starts the mission impossible portion of our adventure, where we sneak around, until someone either rolls a 1 on their stealth check (says the Paladin in Full Plate), or says "F*** THIS, I CAST FIREBALL!" as the party tries to determine where they are hiding this brand. A brand which they need to infiltrate the central portion of the city, which the "Queen" has implemented this security of these brands to limit access to only those trusted to gain access. To complicate things further, the army, lead by the head of the King's Royal Guard, loyal to Princess Nell is attacking the city, and this very barrier is halting their advance, so now the time is of the essence.
Can the party find and use this brand in time to help the attacking forces, or will they die in the attempt of stealing it, and set off every alarm known to dwarf and man alike?
