How to REALLY Heal Illness from the Inside Out with my Godmother
I am thrilled to sit down with you for this insightful and deeply stimulating conversation with none other than my own godmother, Martha Ezeta! We are talking all things physical healing through emotional and spiritual healing FIRST through the perspective of Teos, the medicine that she has been practicing for years. We discuss the effects of mindset and trauma on the body, how these impacts manifest as physical ailments, and how to take our health back. We also discuss DEATH, and how our relationship to this aspect of our reality can enhance our experience of the now. Buckle in for this fascinating conversation -- you'll want to make sure you're writing stuff down! Kelsey Moss: Cultivating Mindfulness Through Yoga and Healthy Inner Work
This week's episode is a juicyyyy chat with Kelsey Moss! Kelsey is in the final stages of her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and is the Owner of KMOSSYOGA. With a background in concussion research, mental health, and neurophysiology, Kelsey bridges the gap between modern neuroscience and yoga by teaching the mechanisms through which mindfulness changes the brain. As a 200-RYT, she is a firm believer in prioritizing mental and physical wellbeing for improving ourselves, communities, and corporations. After suffering from debilitating anxiety for years, Kelsey turned to mindfulness and yoga, and experienced first-hand the benefits studied in the scientific literature. Drawing on her education and experience in psychology and mental health, combined with a relentless drive to connect with and help others, she created Neuro-Informed Yoga and Mindfulness (NIYM). Through workshops, group programs, and public speaking engagements, NIYM is an approach to wellness designed to educate and teach people how to live a more peaceful, informed, and meaningful life with ease. *TW: sexual assault To see more of Kelsey's work, follow her on social media! https://stan.store/kmossyoga https://www.kmossyoga.com/ https://www.instagram.com/kmossyoga https://www.tiktok.com/@kmossyoga Want to work with me more intimately to build resilience in your life?
