They can help you and guide you in so many ways, like through a time of transition and change. They provide wisdom that you might not have access to otherwise.  “Our own ancestors, even our past life ancestors, they are the spirits that really want us to succeed the most.” - Deana Paqua  While it would be helpful to have someone guide you through meeting your Council, you don’t need anyone else to be able to work with them. You can do it yourself as long as you’re open to it. Set the intention. Take the time to clear yourself, your space, and your mind.
