In this episode of American Murder Stories I discuss the story of Pedro Lopez - The Monster of the Andes
Between 1969 and 1980 Pedro Lopez would terrorise the young girls of Columbia, Peru and Ecuador. It is said that he raped and murdered up to 450 girls. In 1998 he was released from prison and to this day no-one knows where he is.
