Every bit of anything done electronically in America is collected word for word.  Every phone call, text, email, credit card and banking transaction, is being collected right now for every citizen.  Tice says under W. Bush NSA ignored regulations starting their metadata collections, so the FISA court was installed to control abuse.  But now they’re ignored or lied to.  The FISA Court has to take whatever the Intel Community tells them as gospel and trusts they’re honorable people.  These are not honorable people any more.  The entire intelligence system has jumped to the point where there is no oversight anymore.  We have a system where Congress itself can possibly be blackmailed along with a former President.  NSA started collecting and targeting all of Obama’s communications beginning in 2004.
