Ontario’s record-breaking $204.7 billion spending plan spreads money around to a lot of places, injecting dollars in health care, education and a number of programs, including Indigenous mental health. That said, critics feel there is little to help people who are struggling with the high cost of living and inflation. The Ford government says this budget puts the province on track to balance the books next year, but at what cost?
