In her book, “Look Back, Don’t Stare”, she preserves the memories of her dad growing up as a first generation Scottish person growing up in Pawtucket, RI raised by his aunt and uncle. The title is an hommage to looking back on your upbringing, learning from it, and moving forward. One day in the spring I had a feeling to call Jennifra at Chatham Yoga to see if she was looking for any substitute teachers for lighthouse beach yoga.
