THE BEATITUDES. Through the Beatitudes, Jesus deepens our commitment to the 10 Commandments and offers us a way of living on earth that promises eternal life with God in Heaven. They point to a true Christian way of life, and demonstrate what kinds of human lives are "Blessed" by God.
