Welcome to Drumwell episode 4, where I had a great chat with my friend and amazing drummer, Art Cruz of Lamb Of God, ex - Prong, ex - Winds of Plague. We had a fantastic chat backstage at the recent Knotfest Australia festival after Arts set that night with LOG. As with all of my guests so far, Art has his own methods for keeping his body primed to not only play super accurate, but also put on a great visual performance every night. We dive into back and body aches, mindfulness, exercise routines and so much more!
