Have you ever wondered what you should do differently depending on how tall you are? Should a player at 170 cm train the same way as a player near 2 meters? The answer is both yes and no. In order to get explosive or strong the same rules still apply, but choosing the right exercises and having the right priorities is hard. Therefor, I did a lot of research based on a badminton superstar who happens to know what do to as an tall athlete, Viktor Axelsen. I have combined some of Viktor's approaches to various areas of his needs and added some thoughts of my own.
