Episode 10: Suit Up! (Does Anyone Know How to Tie a Tie?)
CHICAGOOOO! CHICAGOOOO! Ezrah travels to the windy city with his research lab to present a study at the Midwestern Psychological Association conference. Sadly Ming could not fit in a carry-on bag (no way was Ezrah paying for another checked bag), so he had to stay with the pets. In this special episode, Ezrah gives a rundown of a few presentations he listened to during his trip.
Lastly, we both wanted to give a huge thanks again to those who agreed to present for our podcast! Research that will help others is the research we want and need. In order below are the names, universities, and studies featured in this episode:
Miles Christopher, Augsburg University: Gendered Differences in Gaze Patterns
Joey Rhodes, Oakland University: The Impact of Anxiety on Xenophobia and Discrimination During COVID-19
Rachel Taggart, Purdue University: Nostalgia Proneness Moderates the Effect of Chronic Ostracism on Meaning
Leah Stampfer, Grand Valley State University; Emma Walquist, Grand Valley State University: Examining the Link Between Social Exclusion and Aggression
