Most of us at some point felt like we needed our partners more than they needed us. And while this can be a normal feeling when it ISN’T a constant feeling, and when the other person also shares the same feeling from time to time. It is however not healthy when there is a desparate or overly neediness of one person to another.

This episode will discuss some of the issues that arise when one person is overly needy to highlight how it can lead to the demise of a relationship. Remember that making changes takes time, and it's okay to seek support along the way. Be patient with yourself and your partner as you work toward a healthier and more balanced relationship dynamic.
