Being in a toxic relationship can cause significant mental health problems, such as emotional distress, depression, chronic stress, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder, amongst other issues. This episode will discuss some of the signs to look out for as a result of being in a relationship that is toxic. If you find yourself or someone you know experiencing the symptoms and going through the scenarios discussed in this episode, please seek out help as soon as possible.
