For this episode, I picked up Delhi’s Health Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj and drove around Delhi before reaching the Delhi Secretariat. While driving through the bustling streets of Delhi, and later on in his swanky office, we discussed Delhi's pollution problem, religion and politics, issues with MCD, cleaning of Yamuna and why he thinks the Delhi government is a glorified NGO.
