#154 Covid put me in the trenches of my own mind with Susan Sorrentino Carabello

I met Susan in her cool home just across the Trenton border in Pennsylvania but she said through and through, she's a jersey girl. Susan is an author, and a coach stepping into her own purpose. And it shows on her face. Formerly a make up artist and living life really based from what she said fear, but Covid changed all that. It killed her work and forced her to face her past, which is how the book came to be, and the writing of the book helped her face her past trauma, and overcome her fear. As we've seen with so many guests, that in the process of facing her past the key, the start was forgiveness, and once she forgave the person who inflicted the trauma on her, and she forgive herself, only, then when she truly able to live her life’s purpose. And it’s so funny, so odd that holding onto things cements us to the past, and that fear of letting go, even if terrible things truly freezes, and truly opens up all the possibilities.
