Denver housing Authority is a quasi municipal corporation that started in 1938, the mission is to create vibrate communities in sustainable neighborhoods.  They develop, own and operate affordable housing.  There is a considerable need for affordable housing in Denver.  They have a units ranging from one bedroom to five bedrooms.  There are some spaces that have gardens and a unit coming that is for older adults and those with mobility issues.  They focus on making the community to thrive, they offer programs they offer to the residents including work force training.
