Have you judged another? We have all fallen into this thinking at some point in our lives.  The intention of today’s healing meditation is to release the need to judge another and their actions so that you can live your life and they can live theirs.  Lets Center ... .calling forth your Spirit, Spirit guides and Angels to support you on your journey and release the need to judge another and find peace ... .and so it is and so be it………. Begin to find a comfortable position lying down………allow your space to be quiet and uninterrupted for your healing meditation……. Let your eyes gently close……….. Become fully relaxed and focus on your breath……….PAUSE  Take a few deep breaths……….inhaling slowly through your nose and exhaling gently through your mouth……….. Do this a few times…..in and out………. Allow each breath to calm your mind and relax your body………………. Go deeper and deeper ………..let go….PAUSE Feel and go deeper within yourself…..all your emotions…..observe the good and bad….. Be the witness to your thoughts………. As you continue to breathe deeply…………bring your awareness to your heart center…….  Notice any sensations or feelings that arise in this area…………..PAUSE Now……….think of someone in your life who has caused you pain or frustration……… Reflect on the emotions that come up when you think of them…….. Allow yourself to acknowledge these feelings without judgment………. With each inhale………….breathe in compassion for yourself and for the person you're thinking of………….PAUSE With each exhale………..release any tension or negativity you're holding onto…….letting go of judgment and resentment……….. Becoming aware of your goodness within……….. Repeat to yourself silently…………"I accept others as they are…….knowing that everyone is on their own path…….. I release the need to control or change them……. I choose to live in peace and harmony with myself and others………LONG PAUSE Imagine a gentle stream flowing gracefully through a lush forest………its waters glimmering in the soft sunlight………PAUSE As you observe the stream………notice how effortlessly it moves……..unrestricted by obstacles or judgments………..PAUSE Allow yourself to be like the stream……….flowing with ease and grace……unencumbered by the weight of judgment…………PAUSE Picture any judgments or criticisms you may hold about yourself or others as leaves floating upon the surface of the stream……………. With each breath………….. watch as these leaves gently drift away……..carried downstream by the current………….. Feel the weight of judgment slowly lifting from your shoulders………. leaving you feeling lighter and more at peace…………..PAUSE As you continue to breathe deeply………..allow a sense of acceptance and compassion to wash over you…………. Lets invoke: Calling forth your spirit, spirit guide and Angels to guide and help you face this challenge. Place your hands on your heart…bring to mind your own intentions….and so it is and so be it… Drop into your breath ... .allow yourself a long slow inhale…..long slow exhale ... ..as you continue to breathe search inside yourself…. find the fear ... ..and the anxiety…wherever it may be…..  Keep grounding the breath………feel the breath as it enters and leaves your body….grounding you in the present moment……..PAUSE Bring your attention to the sensations in your body……..Be aware of any tension….. and with each exhale……release any tightness you may be holding onto…….. Now……..gently turn your attention to any fears or anxieties you may be experiencing.  Without judgment…… allow these emotions to surface………PAUSE Picture them as clouds passing through the sky of your mind……..Moving from one side to the other…easy…..freely and peacefully…………  Observe them with a compassionate curiosity……………PAUSE As you continue to breathe deeply……… imagine inhaling a sense of courage and exhaling any fears or doubts………. Visualize the courage filling your entire being……… strengthening you from within…. PAUSE Take a moment to scan your body from head to toe……… with each breath… release tension in different parts of your body…..PAUSE Rest your hands beside you…in an air of giving and receiving……soften your eyes…above the eyes…..behind the eyes……drop your jaw……..PAUSE You are more and more relaxed……one with yourself… the spaciousness around you…the rhythm of your heart beat……be aware that you are breathing….. Allow a wave of relaxation to flow through you….. creating space for courage to take root…..you are strong….PAUSE Bring to mind moments in your life where you demonstrated courage……. no matter how small……reflect on these instances with gratitude for your inner strength……Know that this courage is within you………always accessible…..LONG PAUSE Extend kindness and compassion to yourself…….. Recognize that fear is a natural part of the human experience……….PAUSE Embrace your vulnerabilities with love and acceptance……. Breathe in the courage and feel it flow in through your heart and pump out your toes….. Breathe in again….let go….. Carry the sense of fearlessness and courage with you…………PAUSE Remember that you have the power to overcome challenges…….. and you are not alone on this journey……….LONG PAUSE  When you are ready…….. gently open your eyes…….bringing the qualities of fearlessness and courage into the rest of your day………PAUSE May you move forward with confidence and a heart full of courage……. Each and every day you walk on its surface…play in its waters ... ... ..valleys and forests …..breathe in its air…. enjoy the sun… stars and moon…..We take her for granted….. The intention of today’s healing meditation is to connect deeply with the planet we call home……and give thanks to Mother Earth. Lets invoke….calling forth our Spirit, Spirit guides and Mother Earth…Gaia…. as we honor her beauty…and wisdom. Protect her and give gratitude for her …and so it is and so be it Find a comfortable position lying down…….. and gently close your eyes……. Take a moment to become aware of your breath……………. Feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest with each inhale and each exhale……….. Let your breath be slow and natural…….. allowing yourself to relax fully into this moment……..PAUSE As you continue to breathe deeply………. envision yourself surrounded by the beauty of nature…… Picture yourself in a serene outdoor setting……. perhaps by a sparkling river…… under the shade of a majestic tree……..or atop a mountain peak with a panoramic view…….PAUSE Feel the Earth beneath you……..supporting and cradling you with its infinite strength and stability……  Connect with the energy of the Earth………. allowing it to flow freely through your body……grounding you in the present moment…… Bring your attention to your feet…..feel your feet firmly spreading like roots of a tree into the soil and earth beneath you……once you feel rooted and grounded….now feel the earth’s energy pulling up from your feet to your knees…your upper legs and the rest of your body…until it settles at your head……PAUSE Feel it pool at your head and crown and then rush up and out your head………… Now the energy shifts……feel the pull from the top of your head downward through your body to your feet……PAUSE You are one with the earth…energy….energy cursing downward….energy cursing upward…..PAUSE Now……... .bring your awareness to the sights and sounds of nature around you……… Listen to the gentle rustle of leaves in the breeze…….the soothing melody of birdsong……. and the rhythmic flow of water nearby…………PAUSE Allow yourself to be fully immersed in the symphony of life that surrounds you……… Take a moment to express gratitude for the Earth and all its wonders……….. Reflect on the beauty and abundance that it provides………from the air we breathe to the food we eat…….and the breathtaking landscapes that inspire and nourish our souls…….PAUSE With each breath………. send love and appreciation to the Earth…….. honoring its sacredness and acknowledging our interconnectedness with all living beings……..PAUSE Visualize this love and gratitude radiating out from your heart………. enveloping the planet in a warm embrace……….. As you continue to breathe deeply……….imagine yourself becoming one with the Earth……merging your energy with its vast and ancient wisdom……….PAUSE Feel a sense of unity and harmony with all of creation………. knowing that we are all interconnected and interdependent………….. The many times you haven’t felt aligned with your true self and soul….the sleepless nights…..the dark can feel overwhelming….and fearful. But….in the darkness there is light. The intention of today’s healing meditation is to find that spark within you to bring you back to a life of beauty and balance. Let’s invoke: I call forth your Spirit, spirit guides and Angels, to surround you and guide you to make the changes in your life to feel alive ... well and in harmony……..And so it is and so be it…. Let us begin…….. Close your eyes and imagine yourself in a place of deep……comforting darkness.  Pull all of your focus inward……relax your shoulders….relax your face…..relax your body…… This darkness represents the struggles and challenges you have faced in your journey…… It's okay to acknowledge these struggles……..they are part of your unique story……..PAUSE We are taught to dismiss our uncomfortable emotions…..but for healing to occur you have to feel them…….in this moment…..feel them…feel all of them….. LONG PAUSE At this moment…how are you feeling……it may feel uncomfortable…..keep breathing… Begin finding a breath pattern……breathe in through the nose…..and a long outward breath through the mouth…..short inward breath…..long breath……do this a few more times ... .as if you're blowing up a balloon……..PAUSE Now begin breathing like you naturally would……easy… and quiet…… Notice where the breath moves through the body…….LONG PAUSE Now let your awareness rest…….feel your body and the contact with the floor or the chair you're on…….. Picture yourself in the room you're in…..PAUSE Now…….picture a small……flickering light in the distance…….  This light represents the potential for transformation and healing that exists within you……..  As you breathe in…….imagine drawing that light closer to you…… allowing it to illuminate the shadows within……PAUSE As we embark on this journey together……… Let's explore the themes of struggle and the desire for authenticity…….. PAUSE Think about times when you felt the weight of not being authentic…….when you wore masks to fit in or meet expectations……..do this without judgment…..be the witness…… Acknowledge these moments with compassion………for they have shaped your path……..your life and life experiences…….PAUSE Thank those moments…….this is why you are here………PAUSE Now……..envision yourself shedding those masks……..releasing the need to conform…….and stepping into the brilliance of your true self….. LONG PAUSE I see your challenges of addiction………..whether to alcohol or other habits that no longer serve you………Picture these challenges as heavy burdens that you have carried for way too long…... set them down……  With each breath………. imagine yourself letting go……….. allowing the weight to lift and dissipate into the darkness………. Begin to feel your body getting lighter and lighter………PAUSE You have strength…..love ….and support…….. in this moment……you are not alone…. Stay gentle with your soul…….and take it easy…….. In the darkness there is an opportunity for rebirth………Envision a version of yourself free from the chains of addiction……… radiating with strength and authenticity……..PAUSE See and feel yourself making choices that honor your well-being and lead you to a life of fulfillment…………. This technique is about connecting to the center of the heart and visualizing and feeling the heart breathe….coordinating the breath with the heartbeat. This allows the heartbeat to slow down and become regulated creating relaxation and peace. The intention of today’s healing meditation is to create a balanced and optimal feeling originating from the heart for inner peace…emotional stability and mental clarity…. Creating a symphony of inner peace and balance………begin to focus on your heart center…in the middle of your chest….. Position yourself lying down……….allowing your body to relax and your breath to deepen…… Close down your eyes…….., turning your focus inward……..where the rhythm of your heart resides………… Feel the gentle throb……..the steady pulse…….the lifeforce flowing through you……….PAUSE In the space of your heart………… there lies a profound wisdom……. a knowing beyond words……….a sanctuary of pure awareness……..PAUSE With each inhale………..imagine breathing in connecting with your heartbeat…... .light and love…….filling every cell of your being with radiant energy………… With each exhale…….. release any tension…….any worry……..any resistance…….letting go into the spaciousness within…….PAUSE As you continue to breathe………. feel the coherence between your heart and mind……. like two dancers moving in perfect synchrony…………  Notice how your thoughts soften………your emotions stabilize…….. as you sink deeper into the stillness of your being………. Now bring your attention to your heart……….think of someone you love deeply…..so deeply….a child… a partner…parent or pet……..PAUSE Feel this love swell in your heart…..it is so big so pure and so amazing…….. The gratitude filling you is overwhelming……….PAUSE Let gratitude arise within you…….. for the miracle of life pulsating through your veins……for the gift of awareness that allows you to experience this moment fully……  Let compassion flow freely……for yourself…… for all beings…….knowing that we are all interconnected in the tapestry of existence………LONG PAUSE In this state of heart coherence……… there is no past……. no future…….only the present moment…….where all possibilities converge………  Here……you are whole……you are complete……..you are connected to the vast web of existence……..PAUSE With each heartbeat…….connected to the breath……..affirm your intention to live from the heart……..to act from a place of love……. to embody the principles of compassion……. kindness…… and empathy in all that you do…… The music will play ... .continue to feel your heartbeat and your breath in a state of unconditional love and profound peace. We may have been taught it's noble…or selfish to put our needs first….. But I challenge you to let go of any guilt….and to put yourself first with kindness and compassion ... .by doing this we fulfill a sense of self love…. and are better equipped to be there for others…… The intention of today’s healing meditation is to find the confidence and wisdom of self love.  Lets invoke: I bless you on this day…calling forth your Spirit…Spirit guides Angels and Masters to guide you in loving yourself unconditionally and putting yourself first…..and so it is …and so be it…. Find a comfortable quiet space….relax your body in a position that is best for you…take a few breaths without changing it…….notice your breath….notice you are breathing….. Now become more directive to your breath… inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth…..allow any tension to melt away…….settle in….PAUSE From this place of stillness…..bring attention to your physical body……. Begin with the lower-body…feet…legs….hips….belly…..upper chest….arms……shoulders….face….head….relax This is a moment for you to embrace self-kindness……… release guilt……. and savor the beauty of being present with yourself…..PAUSE Acknowledging the importance of putting yourself first………. In the hustle and bustle of life…… it's easy to forget that taking care of yourself is not selfish…..it's a necessity……. Close your eyes and repeat after me in your mind……PAUSE I am deserving of love and kindness I choose to prioritize myself without guilt I put myself first I love you…I am listening (Repeat 3x) Visualize how it feels to put yourself first…….feel the empowerment and assurance….Your confidence grows that you can do this……. PAUSE As women……. we often carry the weight of responsibility for others……. Release any guilt you may feel about taking time for yourself……….. Recognize that by nurturing your well-being……..you become better equipped to support those around you. PAUSE Now…….. imagine a path leading you to a quiet…….. secluded space……..a sanctuary just for you……….PAUSE  This is your alone time……… a time to listen to yourself…..a place of refuge from the demands of the outside world………  As you walk this path…….. feel a sense of liberation and peace………at the end of this path you see a lake……… A time for renewal……and rebirth……you enter the water………..slowly…. PAUSE And then standing waist deep……you close your eyes and dunk under…..holding your breath…..under the water the sounds are muffled…….but clearly you hear……put yourself first…..I love you In this moment you let go of the need to constantly do and achieve………you allow yourself to simply be………LONG PAUSE You emerge from the water ... .and feel liberated……whole…..complete…..and you find love for self…… in the purest form…..PAUSE Now place one hand on your heart and one on your belly…….. breathe……..Take a moment to appreciate the beauty of this present moment….  Breathe in this essence…….you are growing…….growing more of your own beauty…….. on your next inhale………stop searching outside of yourself…….it is all here… right now and right now……..PAUSE  Keep finding yourself back here….again and again………exhale…. Most of us think about the worst case scenario instead of the best. Allow yourself to shift your thinking to……”what if it all works out”.  The intention of today’s healing meditation is to explore the power of positive thinking and spiritual connection. Lets invoke….calling forth your Spirit….Spirit guides..Angels and Masters to surround you….support you…and guide you to shift your thinking to positivity. Place any and all intentions you have in your mind and heart now….and so it is and so be it…. Find a comfortable position….laying down…… close your eyes….. and take a deep breath in…..allowing the worries of the day to gently fade away………in breath and out breath……PAUSE As you continue to breathe deeply……..feel more and more at ease……. imagine yourself peaceful and calm in this moment……… You are surrounded by a warm…….golden light……. a light that emanates from within you………filling you with peace and tranquility………. Feel this light enveloping you…….. wrapping you in a blanket of love and protection……….PAUSE This feeling pulses through your whole body….mind….and soul………You have not experienced this profound sense of peace in quite awhile…….PAUSE For so long you have been caught up in a frenetic feeling of worry and stress…..this state feels so good…… Now………bring your attention to your heart center……..the place where your true essence resides………. with each breath…….feel your heart opening…….expanding……and radiating love out into the universe……and back to you….PAUSE Visualize yourself standing at the edge of a vast ocean……. the water stretching out before you as far as the eye can see……….. As you gaze upon the horizon……. imagine all of your hopes…….. dreams…… and desires lying just beyond the waves….LONG PAUSE With each breath……..feel a sense of calm and certainty wash over you……… Know that you are capable of achieving anything you set your mind to………..that the universe is conspiring in your favor…………. and that all things are possible….PAUSE As you continue to breathe deeply……….repeat the following affirmations silently to yourself after I say them…..3x "I trust in the wisdom of the universe." "I am guided, supported, and loved." "I release all fears and doubts." "I am worthy of all the blessings that come my way." With each affirmation………..feel yourself growing stronger…….more confident…… and more aligned with your true purpose……..knowing it is all working out…… Allow yourself to let go of any limitations or self-doubt that may be holding you back….. We get caught up in our to-do lists and obligations. The dreams of the past seem so far away. But..I ask you to be open to exploration and play…… PAUSE Believe everything is possible..anything at all…..Believe in your dreams…. Today's healing meditation allows you to bring back that sense of wonder and play.  Lets invoke: I bless this space…I call forth your spirit, spirit guides and angels to assist you in creating and harnessing your dreams…any special intentions you may have bring to your mind and to your heart…and so it is and so be it…. I invite you to find a comfortable and quiet space. Get as comfortable as you like….sit or lie down in a relaxed position… As we embark on this journey, allow yourself to fully embrace the present moment…..leaving behind the worries of the day……let them all go Close down your eyes….. gently…..and take a long, slow….deep breath in……letting it fill your lungs with positivity and hope………  Exhale……releasing any tension or doubt……. Once again…inhale hope……exhale doubt….PAUSE Feel your body caressed in warmth and comfort……relaxed and free from any physical discomfort and mental distress  Imagine a warm……..golden light surrounding you…… a light that represents your inner strength and divine feminine energy…….  Feel it enveloping you like a comforting embrace………. creating a sacred space for self-discovery and empowerment. Yoga nidra is called “yogic sleep” or effortless relaxation.Thank you yourself for this practice of self care. Make sure you are lying down and completely comfortable. Take the time to be supported with bolsters or pillows and blankets. Having something to cover your eyes is highly suggested. Let's begin by calling forth and blessing our space. I call forth your Spirit, Angels Masters and Guides to surround and protect you…..and so it is and so be it. Begin by finding a comfortable lying position……. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in…. exhaling fully……… Let go of any tension in your body. Gently bring your awareness to different parts of your body…….. Start with your toes…… and gradually move up to the crown of your head. Feel the sensations in each area…… allowing yourself to relax and release any tension. Shift your focus to your breath…….. Notice the natural rhythm of your breath…….. Inhale deeply through your nose…….feeling your lungs expand…..PAUSE Exhale slowly through your mouth……… letting go of any stress or worries. Visualize the place that you're in…….…… Set an intention for this practice……perhaps to find inner peace…..relaxation…… or renewal. Bring your attention to different parts of your body…….. As I mention each body part……. feel a sense of warmth and relaxation…….. Relax the right hand………right forearm……..right upper arm……then move to the left hand…….. left forearm……and left upper arm…….PAUSE Continue through each part of your body, releasing any tension……PAUSE Imagine each breath filling you with positive energy……….. As you exhale…….. release any negativity or stress……… Feel the renewing energy flowing within you…….LONG PAUSE Think of three things you are grateful for………. Focus on the positive feelings associated with each………. Allow a sense of gratitude to fill your heart…….. bringing joy and contentment PAUSE Starting from your toes……consciously relax each part of your body…….. Feel the sensation of relaxation spreading like a soothing wave…….. Move up through your legs…….pelvis……abdomen…….chest…..arms…. and neck……PAUSE Finally…..relax your facial muscles……… Repeat a positive affirmation or sankalpa to yourself……… This could be a statement reflecting what you wish to manifest or cultivate in your life……… Feel the power of this intention within you…….LONG PAUSE Gradually become aware of your surroundings……….Wiggle your fingers and toes…..PAUSE When you're ready……..open your eyes……. Your sacred space is a place where you can always go to connect and be present.  I bless our space…I bless you here in this moment…I call upon your Spirit, Spirit guides and angels. Any personal intentions place now in your mind and in your heart. And so it is and so be it…. Allow yourself to find either a seated or resting position….lay down your worries and the stress of the day….close your eyes…notice at first it may be difficult to close down your eyes, and you find them moving behind the lids….bring an air of heaviness to them as they settle down and drop the gaze inward down to your heart………heavy….. Now focus all your attention on your breath….start at first just noticing and being curious…….how are you breathing…..in and out of the nose…..in and out of the mouth….or a combination of the both………be the witness….without judgment…..is your breath short and choppy……or long and smooth………use this quiet moment to notice….PAUSE I invite you now to anchor the breath…..and begin to breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth……..using the breath as an anchor to keep us tethered in the practice……. Stay with this breath for a few more moments…..PAUSE Your body is getting more and more relaxed…..falling into position….your face melts and softens……jaw and mouth eases tension…….shoulders arms and legs…. .……let go….stomach muscles soften…….fingers and toes…..rest…..your back decompresses and hips surrender……… Begin to visualize with your eyes closed the room you're in…… place yourself here in the present time…..bring to mind the walls, floor ceiling or anything else that grabs your attention….. Calling forth the 4 directions imagine  Turn to the North…….the north represents earth….home ..security and fertility…..call to mind what these are for you or what you desire…….PAUSE Turn to the South…….the south represents our relationships….our passions…sparks of life and manifestation……..call to mind what these are for you or what you desire……PAUSE Turn to the East……the East represents communication with yourself and others….new beginnings and new growth…..call to mind what these are for you or what you desire…..PAUSE Turn the the West…..the West represents mystery….endings….to release what no longer serves us…….to surrender to our highest self and power…….call to mind what these are for you or what you desire…..PAUSE Now that all the directions are called in……….begin to hear the beating of a drum…….it starts far off in the distance…………quietly………it is now is getting closer and closer………..it's beating more rapidly and louder…..PAUSE Imagine you're sitting in a sacred circle…………fire is all around you…..nothing to be afraid of…….you are safe…..this fire element is cleansing and healing you from the outside in…………feel its warmth…..its glorious roar and energy………… enjoy the energy it shares with you…………take nice long slow deep breaths in and out…….in and out in and out…….. Your mind is spinning and it's so hard to calm it down. But today’s healing meditation will prepare you for a successful surgery and put your mind at ease. Allow yourself to listen to this multiple times in the days preceding and if possible the day of.  Blessing your space and calling forth your Spirit and the Angels to watch over you and guide you today and always…any special intentions you may have place them in your heart and mind now. For the highest and greatest good…and so it is and so be it…Amen To begin with……position yourself and get as comfortable as you can. Shift your weight and be fully supported…….. Take a couple of deep cleansing breaths…inhaling as fully as you can……. sending any part of your body that is sore…… tense or tight…releasing the discomfort with the exhale…………. Feel your breath going to all the places Gather all the tension and exhale it out…….. Watching the cleansing action of the breath to let go……. relaxed and detached… Let go of thoughts…… The mind is empty…..you're blessed with peace…….. any emotions that are rocking around are stilled and quiet……… Imagine a place outside or indoors….. real or imaginary ... a place that's real or imagined……. a place that feels safe and peaceful. Allowing the place to come more real to you…… take it in with your eyes…. the colors and the scenery. This could be a serene garden……. a cozy room….. or any location that brings you a sense of security…….. Notice the scents of sweetness…..flower essences……let it envelope you….. Envision a protective barrier around you…… shielding you from any worries or concerns.  Look to the right and the left and feel the place you're sitting or lying on……… sand…. floor…. grass….. listen to the sounds of this place….. safe and peaceful  Know that you are surrounded by love…..support…… and a team of caring individuals dedicated to your well-being…LONG PAUSE Feel as if you are comforted by a blanket……creating a cocoon of softness…..PAUSE The softness seeping into your body……….. soothing every muscle and fiber. Keep letting go of unwelcome thoughts……….As you continue to breathe deeply…. become aware of any negative thoughts or anxieties………let them fly away… Allow yourself to release the weight of these thoughts…….. creating space for positivity and healing…..LONG PAUSE Picture a serene lake with no ripples………. The water is calm and reflective……. mirroring the tranquility within you………..PAUSE Now you see in the clear water a vision………a vision of yourself ... .you are calm and have a sense that something wonderful is about to happen….. You see a shimmer ... .and it becomes a viewing screen………you now watch with curiosity… Forms become apparent……it is an operating room ... .a staff of supportive loving beings are there…… A patient is wheeled in…..and you see yourself…… it is you……. Around you are your team of Angels and smiling people looking after you….pleased you're taking this step in your health… You now feel their presence…and your eyes gently close with gratitude……knowing you are safe and your body is cooperating…….. Get your body as comfortable as you like, Feel free to lye down,  if that is the best place for you to receive this treatment. We begin by blessing our space, I call forth your spirit, spirit guides, Completely supporting, loving, in this moment. I call this forth for the highest and greatest good, And so it is, and so be it. PAUSE… Feel your body more and more relaxed, Notice the points of the body,  Of the surface your lying on, And relax into those areas. As you bring awareness to your face and your eyes, Allow your eyes to be heavy, sinking inward, down, and back. Spirit guides are with you, A spirit guide helps support you, In all areas of your life. They have been with you since you were born, And will stay with you until you leave this earth. No need to know their name, But to simply know they are with you. Think of them as a trusted friend, Someone who’s been with you for a very long time. Full of innate wisdom and guidance, Always loving and always supportive. PAUSE… As your body becomes more and more relaxed and peaceful, Feel yourself and notice your walking along a beautiful trial, This trial is full of fallen leaves as you walk one step in front of the other, You can hear the leaves beneath your feet, Gently, softly, you continue down the path, It's a beautiful crisp fall day, The sun gleams through the trees, From the canopies above. The sweet scent of flowers fill your nostrils, And you inhale and exhale their beautiful aroma. As you continue on, you notice a clearing, Wide and expansive. Surrounded by tall majestic trees. This meadow, with grass as green, open, You gaze around and feel so calm in this moment. As you stand in the middle of this meadow, You open your arms, outstretched, fingers wide, You ask your spirit guide to meet you here. PAUSE… You begin to notice off in the distance, A rambling brook. And on the other side, a beautiful light Begins to emerge. This light goes bigger and brighter And you slowly walk to the edge of the water. Once here, you notice a small bridge, You slowly walk over this bridge to the other side, As this light goes bigger and bigger. Once on the other side, You are greeted by your spirit guide. She slowly comes into form And she gazes into your eyes. Today she wants to give you a healing, She wants to heal your heart. She gently encourages you to lye down, She is a healer. You feel completely full of love, completely trusting this healing. You close your eyes and lye down, And she gently places her hands on your heart. Her hands are warm and inviting, You sink deeper and deeper into yourself. You feel your heart expand with gratitude, Love and kindness, compassion for self. This healing energy circulates in the heart, And permeates throughout the whole body. You have never felt so warm and taken care of, And so appreciative.  Feel your heart now, swell and open, And the deepest love from her to you. Reiki is a Japanese form of hands on healing. It transfers “Universal Energy” to you and promotes a natural healing process. Reiki helps reduce stress, aligns the body, mind and Spirit and restores physical and emotional wellbeing. It is best to receive this treatment in an undisturbed space, laying down comfortably with a blanket. As I move my hands to different areas….I will linger there for quite some time……..You may wish to light a candle, incense or anything else that creates a healing atmosphere. This is not required however for the Reiki to work. Lets begin…….as you settle in..close your eyes and get comfortable..stay warm…..stretch out your arms and legs. Keep your legs uncrossed…..but comfortable….hands can rest by your side or you can lay them at your heart or belly…..Take some nice long slow deep breaths in……………Nice long slow deep breaths out…………… Now feel your body descend deep and deeper into the surface your on……..feel your body drop in and down….heavy……so heavy….the back of your head heavy….arms and legs heavy…….upper chest….belly….trunk and torso…….hips….legs and feet…..heavy…… I call forth the Reiki Masters….I call forth this Reiki Energy “Universal Life Force”. I ask to be a clear open channel for the highest good of all…and so be it and so it is…..Amen Now repeat after me the five Reiki Principles…… Just for today I will not worry…… Just for today I will not be angry……Just for today I will honor all living things….Just for today I will do my work honestly …..just for today I am grateful….. Imagine now your body is so heavy it's filled with sand……the sand represents all that your holding…….your unwanted habits….maybe known or unknown….and it is time to release……. at the base of your spine visualize a tiny hole……slowly see the sand drift down out and away……down out and away…..down out and away…….. Your body is getting lighter and lighter…..PAUSE Now the last piece of sand drifts away……..the tiny hole closes up.. Dream big…. and be the creator of your own landscape…today’s energy healing will create a spark of empowerment and inspiration. Lets begin finding a comfortable easy position…..let your body guide you to what that is… Settle in….close down your eyes…drop your eyes downward to your heart…flood it with love and compassion… kindness…. I call forth blessings for this day, draw your Spirit close to re connect her with your deepest desires….for the highest and greatest good…and so it is…. Slowly….begin to take small sips of breath……in through your nose and out through your mouth….do this a few times…….notice how the air touches your nostrils and when you blow out it touches and flows over your lips…….feel the cool air in… and warm air out……. Now let your breath be normal….natural….and quiet……..sink in more and more. Your body is becoming so relaxed, light and peaceful……. You have all it takes within you to spark your deepest desires…..sometimes we are stuck in fear and it blocks us from seeing… feeling… and knowing… we have this capacity…. Let’s release the old beliefs and fears that hold you back……drop your awareness to the base of your spine….visualize and create a strong cord attached from your base….at the other end is a heavy weight……drop it down down down to the center of the earth…….feel it hit the earth and feel anchored…….now scan your body for any resistance to feeling you can have it all….you can live your life to the fullest……don’t just say it “feel” it…… Say in your mind I am living my life to the fullest….. Imagine holding a big thick book……it's a hard cover and leather bound…..place your hands on the book and infuse it with your energy and vibration…..take a deep breath in and out….. As you open it………tiny sparkles of pixie dust fly out and surround you and the room you're in……..Open it up to a blank clean page…….it's ready to be filled with your ideal life's desires….. What do you really want if anything was possible….. what would your best life look like….remember you can do anything………imagine you can decide….. Let's look at the next 12 months……what is something you want to experience, accomplish or change….  See and feel the future as if it is already here…….already..now…….PAUSE You are feeling so wonderful….having accomplished it all….grateful….. happy…. content and empowered……feel a smile come to your face and an inner smile in your heart…… Keep allowing this energy to bring you the happiness you deserve…..claim it…..
