In January of 2015 two bird watchers came upon a decomposing hand near New York's famous Coney Island. Then, throughout the winter of that year more body parts were popping up around the area. The only clue police had was a severely discolored calf tattoo consisting of seven letters. From what most could tell the tattoo spelled out the name Monique.
