The trio of mind, body and soul is keen when tackling an 8–11-hour day of standing on your feet and grinding haircut after haircut. In this episode we got over acknowledging that a good night's rest, getting up early to read some literature that opens your mind or even getting a morning workout is definitely something that can and will help you start your day off so much better.
