Jon has heard that the Pirates/Reynolds have agreed on the terms of a contract, but there's something sticking. He thinks the McCutchen signing was "one of the best" of the offseason. He was asked about Roansy Contreras. He said if the Pirates can't afford to pay guys after they pay Reynolds than Nutting should sell the team. We play a delightful Joe Starkey clip from yesterday. TYLER KENNEDY - TK said that the Penguins have a big measuring stick game tomorrow. He thinks they will make the playoffs. He names a few guys that need to perform, outside the BIG THREE, to help them win a series. He named all the guys who would drink a bunch of beers. Why is Poni dragging Amanda to Tropicana Field?!

Crowley wants the Pirates to pay 100 million dollars to ONE man, but not the guy you think. He thinks this will be a MUCH improved baseball team this year. The Steelers are building an identity this offseason. Huge win for the Penguins last night.

NICK KOSTOS - Things get heated w/ Nick and we love it. He gives us some baseball futures and gives us his best bets for the Final Four.  Pirates season predictions!!! NEIL WALKER - Neil was Mr. Opening Day for the Bucs. He talked about the butterflies that he would get. He thinks this year's team can be similar to 2011 and 2012. Neil doesn't think a 30/30 season is out of the question for Oneil Cruz, but it's tough in his second year. EPIC ENDING!

JASON MACKEY - Jason said there's a "non-zero" chance that a Reynolds deal gets done. He thinks it may be more like a 55% chance it gets done. He said he's past the "wow" moments for Cruz, saying that he needs to have a consistent season. He thinks Ke'Bryan Hayes will have a good season at the dish. Jason thinks that Shelton could be let go if the Pirates don't win more than 68 or so games. Is Bill Belichick on the hotseat? Some tapped in beat writers think that could be the case. We think that Dan Zangrilli will say "senior circuit, Redlegs, on the banks of the Ohio," today. Art Rooney II is one of two owners who doesn't love the Thursday night flexing. JEFF HATHHORN - Jeff said that if the Pirates are going to compete then they need Keller and Oneil Cruz to reach their potential. Jeff thinks that Cutch can still hit for some power and thinks he can drive in some runs. "It's horrid. There's no thought there except for TV dollars." Why do you never see an Amish buggy w/ two horses?
