The final installment of Episode 5 with Mike Bleak wraps things up by talking about our song "Ghosts" and what it means to him regarding the content of this conversation. We then talk about doing what's best for you when faced with the decision of going into a situation you may not be comfortable with. Robert finishes things off by asking Mike what he would say to society while he's on his deathbed.

Mike speaks on different useful methods beneficial for mental health, and places focus on one particular method which has helped him personally through some of his most significant trauma.

In Part 4 of Episode 5 we further discuss PTSD and methods for coping with and overcoming it. When the odds are stacked against you, it's important to make the decision to keep fighting regardless of what you've been told. There is always hope.

Part 3 of Episode 5 starts to dive into an extremely deep history for Mike. We begin the conversation of PTSD and some of the fallout that accompanies it. Mike speaks about the process of overcoming some of the biggest obstacles he's had to in life, and persevering despite what seemed hopeless.
