Your dreams matter. We must hold ourselves accountable to our goals and get to the bottom of why we procrastinate. This time of year is great for self-reflection and beginning to set intentions for the new year.

This week I take a deeper dive into my most recent blog post about time. I am passionate about time, especially pondering how finite it is and our mortality. I think it is helpful to keep our mortality in mind, and the fact that we know our time on Earth has an expiration date. If there's something we want to do in this life, there's no better time, but NOW.

The Going Further life may not be the easier choice, but it is the more rewarding and fulfilling choice. Will you choose the Netflix + Couch Potato life? Or will you choose to Start Going Further? We all live busy lives. We also all have dreams, goals, and aspirations. What is it going to take to get us closer to those dreams and goals? We must Start Going Further and make this choice for ourselves.

It's been awhile since I've been on the pod. I love podcasting, and feel so called to do it. Every week that has went by that I haven't recorded a new episode, I've felt the tug at my heart grow stronger. Today I'm sharing about evolving and growing through what we find ourselves going through. How tough times force us to level up, and how we must pursue our calling and dreams no matter what.

You shouldn't hate Mondays. Oftentimes, hating Mondays turns into hating Monday-Thursday. And that's a big chunk of your life! I challenge you to change your perspective about these labels that we attach to the days of the week. We can't live for the weekend.
