“Family, Faith and Silver Linings” with Kate Langbroek
If haven’t had the privilege to hear the defining chuckle from Australia’s most loved Comedian and TV/Radio presenter, Kate Langbroek, then you haven’t experienced the joy that her wondrous laugh can bring. Listening to Kate over the many years that she has front lined the media industry has been a rollercoaster of life learnings and belly laughs, where she has incidentally shared by lived example of what it means to really live, how her family battled through their son Lewis’ cancer to come out the other side, and her quick witted ‘cut through the crap’ reminders of what is really important in life - cherishing family, having faith whether it’s through a religion or simply through believing in something greater than you, and finding the silver linings in life challenges, all the while maybe not even knowing the profound positive impact that Kate leaves in her wake. So how does a women get to a place of such clarity when it comes to these values? And not lose sight of it in an industry that worships fame and fortune, only to stray true to family, community and her own developing version of faith as she dances through.   Rebecca Bull – Creator / Executive Producer / Co-Host Zoe Weir – Co-Creator / Co – Host Sophie Jackson – Producer  Social Media – Naughty Nancy Social Media Agency Website / Brand Design – Foster Creative Video Editor – Luke MorganSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

“Reading Life Through Liane’s Lens” with Liane Moriarty
There is nothing quite like reading a book you can’t put down. The journey a story can take you on, the reflections you have when you immerse yourself in the characters shoes, the visceral feeling that occurs at a plot twist, and the satisfied yet sombre feeling you’re left with when it’s over. Liane Moriarty has done that for millions of people all around the world. More than 20 million copies of her books sold worldwide, more than 4 million copies in Australia alone. 9 books on the NY Times Best Sellers list, with 4 of them debuting at #1. It’s safe to say Liane’s ability to use her imagination to write enthralling stories that creates a rollercoaster ride in reading form, is a unique gift that is intriguing for those that don’t have the same ability. So, when given the opportunity to sit down with Liane, it’s a chance at insight into what makes her who she is. It’s clear that Liane’s lens on life is flourished with detail capturing the brightness of first glance, but also not looking away when it comes to the darkness of our shadows. So, we ask the question has Liane always seen life through that lens? Or is it a lens that enhanced as her writing has grown strength? And how do you continue to focus on ideas that grow to stories, and not let the worlds fascination distract or detract from writing them? “Managing Menopause and Mindfulness” with Dr. Fatima Khan

“Managing Menopause and Mindfulness” with Dr. Fatima Khan
What has previously been a generally ignored stage in a woman’s life is now coming more and more to the forefront - peri-menopause and menopause, thanks to the committed work of incredible Doctors like Dr. Fatima Khan AKA The Menopause Specialist. Dr. Khan not only has a profound understanding of the science, and medical cause and effect of menopause, but is also a woman that strongly advocates for this stage of a woman’s life to be more widely understood by society and our community because the ripple effects go well beyond the symptoms. Statistics such as 1 in 10 women end up leaving their roles in the workforce because their symptoms from menopause become unmanageable, in-turn meaning the representation of women in senior management roles reduce, and the gap between men and women in leadership roles broadens. There are so many more examples of these ripples effects, and when 50% of the world population will experience this which equates to 1 Billion women in 2025, it’s infuriating that it’s not more acknowledged. But that being said, whilst Dr. Khan knows all the treatment options and supports women medically, it’s her understanding of what’s required in the holistic aspect that reminds us yet again, it’s taking the time to hit pause - review how you are feeling but also how you are living, for you and in-turn for your health.   Rebecca Bull – Creator / Executive Producer / Co-Host Zoe Weir – Co-Creator / Co – Host Sophie Jackson – Producer  Social Media – Naughty Nancy Social Media Agency Website / Brand Design – Foster Creative Video Editor – Luke MorganSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

“Trying to give 36 Months back” with Michael ‘Wippa’ Wipfli
Michael Wipfli, affectionately known as ‘Wippa’, is one of Australia’s favourite funny guys. Host of the incredibly popular Nova Breakfast radio show, TV Personality and a loved all round family man.  But whilst Wippa makes nearly every person he meets laugh with his quick wit and self-deprecating humour, and he has mastered the ability to create connection and bring joy, it doesn’t always mean that what is happening within, is the same as the light-heartedness that he projects.  Michael has been brave enough to previously share his vulnerabilities publicly, including his uncomfortable early overnight development as a kid going through puberty and his mental health challenges as an adult. Now a husband and a father whose children will soon be entering into the next phase of their childhood, Michael is faced with supporting them through not only the highs and lows of adolescence that he once experienced, alongside the possibility that they may meet their own mental health challenges, but this time he knows it’s with the added pressure of social media.  Spearheading and co-founding the issue at its core with 36 Months, a nation-wide petition to change policy and delay the age that kids can gain access to social media platforms by 36 months from 13 to 16 years old.  Michael and his co-founder Rob Galluzzo are determined to give kids the chance to manage those terrific, yet at times, terrifying years of puberty, back to families without the layered pressure of social media until their better equipped with the maturity that comes with age, to cope with the highs and lows that social media brings.   Rebecca Bull – Creator / Executive Producer / Co-Host Zoe Weir – Co-Creator / Co – Host Sophie Jackson – Producer Social Media – Naughty Nancy Social Media Agency Website / Brand Design – Foster Creative Video Editor – Luke MorganSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

“Divorce, Adventure and the American in Paris” with Anna Kloots
Anna Kloots is a woman whose life story to date is nothing short of a US Box office hit movie. Filled with magic, romance, travel, heart ache and ultimately the empowering story of a woman who had to find her identity again and rebuild her sense of self... although Anna decided to do that, on her own in Paris. At the tender age of 19, Anna went from her small hometown in Ohio to New York. Fell in love with a magician (who coincidentally was from the same town) and before she had the chance to grow into her own magic, she committed everything to the magician: putting aside her own dreams to become his full-time assistant and wife. As each year passed Anna followed her husband’s career and ambitions, whilst trying to find outlets for her own, but quickly began to realize that she needed more from life and her marriage. As she fought to become more than just a plus one in her husband’s life, Anna’s husband left, and she was confronted with the devastation that she had completely lost sight of herself. Anna was forced to pick up the pieces of her life and review who she wanted to be going forward and what was it that made her happy. Writing and adventure led Anna to decide to start again in her favourite city – Paris, where she proceeded to not only write a New York Times Best Seller “Live Your Life,” and her memoir about rebuilding her life, “My Own Magic,” but also managed to create a life true to her dreams and her values. So, we asked what helped a woman with a broken heart mend her heartache? How do you pick yourself up to move to another continent alone? And what is living life in Paris truly like?   Rebecca Bull – Creator / Executive Producer / Co-Host Zoe Weir – Co-Creator / Co – Host Sophie Jackson – Producer Social Media – Naughty Nancy Social Media Agency Website / Brand Design – Foster Creative Video Editor – Luke MorganSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

“Beauty, Business and Balance” with Taryn Williams
In today’s day and age it feels like for women there is a fork in the road. You can either throw yourself in the career lane, or as time ticks and the pressure of starting a family grows you can wonder down the relationship and in-turn fertility road, which is always unknown and never a certain outcome. If you sit in the middle and cross between the two paths, it can often feel like you are never executing either path, well enough. Taryn Williams is now an established and renowned CEO and successful entrepreneur of multiple companies, who has firmly established her place on the career path through sheer grit and determination and gone from strength to strength. Taryn’s journey started out by being scouted for modelling at the age of 15, to then opening her own modelling agency WINK models at the age of 21 and turning it into an industry juggernaut that is known for inclusivity, diversity and equality for their models. Her focus then moved to founding companies such as the right.fit connecting brands directly to creators, and The Influencers Agency, selling the latter two companies in 2023, only to throw her energy into her next venture #Gifted - a business model that tackles the world of branded gifting and influencers content. Taryn’s conquests in business have provided her security, admiration of her peers and career longevity. But the question begs about the path not taken in her personal journey. In previous interviews Taryn has been an open book, questioning why her worth is attached to her career success, what the journey has been like in freezing her eggs and her awareness and desire for more balance and commitment to being present in her personal life.    Rebecca Bull – Creator / Executive Producer / Co-Host Zoe Weir – Co-Creator / Co – Host Sophie Jackson – Producer  Social Media – Naughty Nancy Social Media Agency Website / Brand Design – Foster Creative Video Editor – Luke MorganSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
“Designing life through fashion from family” with Bianca Spender

“Designing life through fashion from family” with Bianca Spender
Bianca Spender is an esteemed Australian Fashion Designer, that has cemented herself and her namesake brand as a Fashion Icon for the last 16 years in the industry. Branching away from her late mother, Carla Zampatti, also a Fashion designer and established brand that is considered fashion royalty, to develop her own connection with design and share her deep connection with colour and creativity - Bianca uses her sound knowledge base to enrich and empower the women that don her designs, in a considered, socially conscious and liberating way. Having two renowned and established parents, Carla Zampatti an Australian darling of Fashion and her late father, John Spender, a well respected Politician, Barrister and Diplomat, is a high bar for any child to reach for. Spending her childhood weekends and holidays in her mothers design studio helping count buttons or doing stocktake, to the freedom she experienced alongside her siblings in the hours after school when her parents were hard at work, might of been an opportunity to squander the early independence. But clearly through the example led, it afforded them growth and assisted them in calving out their own way. Bianca’s curiosity to push past her family foundations and define her own way within the fashion world is a beautiful ode to honouring the teachings of our parents alongside the growth that comes with developing a strong sense of self. So we ask how do you weave a legacy left by your parents in with your own identity? And what does fashion mean to Bianca now knowing that the women who planted the seed of passion for her as a child, and that she walked alongside in the fashion world, has now gone?   Rebecca Bull – Creator / Executive Producer / Co-Host Zoe Weir – Co-Creator / Co – Host Sophie Jackson – Producer  Social Media – Naughty Nancy Social Media Agency Website / Brand Design – Foster Creative Video Editor – Luke MorganSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

“Fashion and family focused” with Anthea O’Connor
For a lot of women, fashion is fun. It’s an opportunity to showcase who you are through what you wear. For other women, it can fall to the bottom of the priority pile for financial reasons or simply because there can be an overwhelming pressure that the women that wears the garment, has to fit within the marketed idea that fashion is for the beautiful, and a lot of the time, for the youthful.  So we speak to Anthea O’Connor who has spent her career weaving fashion in many forms in with her family life. A committed 10 years at Vogue Australia, to TV Presenter for fashion shows such as “What Not to Wear” on 7 Network and ‘The Circle” on Network Ten, and now an established  Fashion Stylist. We talk about the evolution of fashion within her life as she evolves as a woman, and how the juggle of committing to a full-time career in fashion changed with the juggle of raising a family. How does a woman keep connected to who they are in each era of their lives, by what they wear? And how does a woman who continues to evolve, stay confident with their fashion, in a world where youth and beauty remains the aspiration?  Rebecca Bull – Creator / Executive Producer / Co-Host Zoe Weir – Co-Creator / Co – Host Sophie Jackson – Producer  Social Media – Naughty Nancy Social Media Agency Website / Brand Design – Foster Creative Video Editor – Luke Morgan  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
“Surviving Survivor” with Caroline Courtis

“Surviving Survivor” with Caroline Courtis
Australian Survivor, a long running incredibly loved TV Series. Loved for its heart thumping challenges, unbelievable (and at times seemingly unbearable) living circumstances for its players, and the endless unfolding drama from alliances and the double crosses of those trying to win at tribal council. In this season of Titan’s Vs Rebels, Caroline Courtis entered the game - A 55yr old woman, mum of 3 and midwife, who was finally in a place in her life where she was ready to do something truly for her and test herself in the ultimate way. 47 days stranded in Samoa with 24 contestants, split into two tribes - ‘Titans’, a tribe made up of career leaders, and ‘Rebels’ a tribe made up of the free spirited who forged new paths, were lead to compete, then ultimately merge for the win, as the two tribes dwindled after each tribal council and Caroline made it to the final 2 and the final Tribal Council. The question begs - who would want to push themselves like this? And what were the driving factors in the life before Survivor that pushed them to do so? Caroline was in a place where she had every right to sit back a little and smell the roses, but she didn’t, she chose to put the very so often benched middle aged women on our TV screens in one of the worlds hardest TV challenge games and push herself to her limits. Although being questioned by a fellow tribe member for ‘what she actually brought to the game’, Caroline managed to show the world the years of raising a family, being at the forefront of thousands of births and in a dedicated career care role, brought a strength, tenacity and resilience that only a wife, mum and woman in her 50’s could.
