Is performing arts enough to make you strong and flexible or should you do accessory strength and mobility training? Short answer is yes and an even stronger yes the more ambitious your goals are. In this episode we discuss why strength is fundamental for almost every performing artist and how strength can turn into more flexibility.


In the studio Atte Niittykangas, Henri Hänninen and Mikko Rinnevuori take a multidisciplinary approach to various topics related to performing artists training. Atte is a physiotherapist with over a decade of experience in the performing arts, Henri is an high level S&C coach and a sports science nerd and Mikko thrives on topics of learning and motivation as a master of educational sciences and a former circus performer.
