Following last week's episode looking into the state of Britain with strikes everywhere and a winter of discontent and the question as to whether it was just a UK problem or is the Capital system itself beginning to show its fundamental cracks? Part two of this discussion aims to look at how the system might legally attempt to control any possible disorder. What is and has been the law regarding demonstrations? What are the police legally able to do? What has happened in the past? How did western Capitalism win  out in the past. And will the future follow the past?

Who can control the kings and Queens of private wealth, and worse still, will humans be able to control technology especially sentient AI that we are creating? Have we learnt from the little know incident that nearly annihilated the world in the 1980's? Or will we create our own grim reaper?
