Ego is selfish and leads to mistakes, conflicts, bad decisions, and seasons of frustration. It’s tricky though because it doesn’t have to look like arrogance or self-promotional ignorance. I’ve fallen into the trap of “trying super hard” many, many times thinking that if I try hard enough I can speed up the process. (That’s false.)The process MUST be honored…whether you wanna or not.
