Trich Talks!

Barbara Lally

Let's talk about trich and other BFRBs!

Listen as Barbara Lally, author of The Trichster Diaries, interviews guests about their experience with body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs) like trichotillomania (the hair-pulling disorder), dermatillomania (the skin-picking disorder), and more. About 3% of total population experience BFRBs but they are rarely spoken about. Barbara is determined to bring more awareness to this class of disorders that have been with her since she was 10 years old. The stories of her guests are incredibly powerful and no matter if you have a BFRB or not, you will learn something about dealing with insecurity and working toward self-acceptance.
