How do you prepare when you know you're going to be eating more than normal?

Maybe you've been invited to dinner or you're going to a party. You know the food you'll be eating is a bit heavier than what you normally eat.

What do you do to get ready? Do you try to save up calories by eating less throughout the day? Or do you continue to eat like you normally do? Which strategy works best?

In this episode, I talk about why choosing to undereat actually makes it much more likely that you'll overeat.
