What is restriction and why does it lead to overeating?
In this episode, I talk about 2 kinds of restriction: physical and emotional. Physical restriction happens when you don't allow yourself to eat what you enjoy, and emotional restriction happens when you don't allow yourself to feel and process your emotions.
Ultimately, restricting food AND/OR restricting yourself from feeling your emotions will lead to overeating and binge eating.
