What do you do when you binge eat? I say when as opposed to if because when you struggle with binge eating, at some point you will binge again. No one is a perfect eater.
However, what you do after your binge determines how you will respond to your urges to binge eat in the future.
In this episode, I teach you about a tool called a "behavior chain". Behavior chains help you analyze and reflect on your binge so you can reduce the likelihood of it happening again.
