Have you ever had someone say, "Are you sure you should be eating this?" or "I'm just saying this because I'm concerned about your health".

Or, have you ever told yourself, "You can't eat that. It's bad and it will make you gain weight."

Regardless of if those statements come from others or from your own thoughts, those are all voices of the food police. The food police is a term used to describe any judgmental thoughts about food that tell you what to eat, when to eat, or how much to eat.

It is possible to refute the food police, and this episode will show you how.
