Beliefs are an agreement with ourself that something is true. By definition beliefs are an acceptance that a statement is true or that something exists. Your beliefs create your identity and your identity shapes the actions you take. But are you aware of your belief system? Most beliefs are programmed from our earliest age and not something that we consciously think of, yet they affects every decision we make.
