Show Summary:

“Learning about my body's physiology has been empowering. I now understand how small changes in my environment and consumption can greatly impact my well-being. As a result, I don’t rely solely on experts to take control of my health.”

Illness can often feel like nothing more than a hindrance, weighing you down and disrupting your daily life. But what if it could be the catalyst for transformative healing?

We’ll explore this unconventional perspective with our guest and Gutsy Health member, Kristina Funk. Kristina had always been interested in healing the body, but after experiencing a series of stressful events, she fell into emotional eating and felt ashamed of her body.

It wasn't until experiencing severe irritable bowel syndrome that Kristina took her health seriously. Despite testing negative for parasites, she instinctively knew to do a parasite cleanse and thus began her healing journey.

In this episode, discover how changing your mindset and slowing down can lead to a more profound healing experience.

Let’s rewire your brain for health. Tune in to Episode 60 of the Gutsy Health Podcast to learn more!
