You don't need TALENT to succeed, you need this. Figuring Out with Raj Shamani
If you think, being Talented will really make you successful, then, you’re absolutely wrong. How Talented is Being Overrated? Most of the people think that you need to be Extremely Talented in order to become successful. In order to achieve something, in order to get something you need to kind of that “Special talent” which is way, way, way better than every other person, who is maybe a competitor, or maybe someone who surrounds you in the circle where you want the opportunity. Isn’t that what we’re hearing since, a very very long time? And I think that’s absolutely Bullshit. “Talent Doesn’t Get You Anywhere; Discipline does.” Even if You’re the most Talented person on planet Earth, if you’re not disciplined enough to get back up every day and practice about Your talent or your particular Skill every god-damn day for Hours & Hours & get better every day, You’re not gonna get Successful in your life. Trust Me. Let just assume, I am the most Talented Video Person; or say I am the most Talented Speaker on Planet Earth & You want to Hire me; to speak for you in the Events, thus You want me to be the Spokesperson; & I am the most Talented Person. And there is one more person who is not as talented as me, but he practices every day, he is disciplined to improve every day, is disciplined to wake up at the right time, come on the job at the right time, speak for you, prepare for you, do every god-damn thing for you. And whereas I am Talented; the moment You call me, I am making Excuses, or trying to Procrastinate, or saying just, “I am just Sleepy today”, I tried to avoid your calls & deliver your content or speech, maybe two days later, three days or 7 days after the deadline. Who will You Hire, The Average Speaker or The Talent Speaker? Think about it? The deadline person Or the Stupid Talented person who feels that the WORLD REVOLVES AROUND HIM? Who’s not improving it every day or who’s not delivering it on time? Who do you wanna choose? Try to think about this question. And then, start considering Your case & Yourself around every opportunity, if You want Stage, if You want some kind of Money, You need to Deserve it. How you will Deserve that? How You will keep consistency? How You’ll maintain & do that? Hit the play button to find more instincts.
