In the episode Ern and Iso go over how when give men ultimatums that they may not be happy with or even want to do at all. They also go on to converse how when a man doesn't give in to a women's demand she equates that as a lack of love, they go on further to talk about how some men get placed in positions they don't want to be due to the fact that they want to keep there partner happy at fault of themselves.
