Today's guest is Matt Chapman

Matt has been involved in the facilities sector for over 10 years, having previously worked in the Media, Sports and Automotive industries. Originally joining Atalian Servest in 2011, Matt has progressed from leading the Business Development and Client Solutions function to joining the UK & Ireland Board as Chief Marketing and Development Officer responsible for Sales, Marketing and CSR.

Along with qualifying in law, Matt has completed his MBA, Prince2 Project Management and studied circular economy and sustainability strategy at the University of Cambridge. Matt has been instrumental in developing Atalian Servest’s diversity and inclusion agenda and, has championed the signing of the Race at Work Charter.

In his spare time, Matt is family-focused and resides in the north of England. He is a keen sports fan, plays Basketball and still enjoys playing the piano. Along with being an avid supporter of Arsenal FC and the West Indies Cricket team, one of his guilty pleasures is playing PS5 and online gaming with friends and colleagues.
