Hey guys, Mel here :) After a few weeks of, let's be honest, fear and bullshit excuses, I am back and talking a lot about the inner work I am doing and podcasts in my daily routine that have changed my world. It's changing other's lives and some of the closest people around me too and I wanted to share with you! Let's work together to our greatness!

With the holidays over, today we are doing a quick MillenniYell mid-January check-in to see where Billy and Mel are on goals and plans and ask HOW YOU DOIN?   How are the new goals and resolutions going? With the new year ahead we're MillenniYelling today about what’s in store for America’s largest generation in the coming year in trends.   Millennials have been getting some heat from Gen Z on how we style our hair, to fashion trends, to how we travel, and even a lot more heat about our lifestyles and differences in parenting, and work ethic to name a few from our Boomer parents. Here are the top millennial trends we’ll see in 2023.

First, live show of the new year!   Welcome, 2023, and our special guest Jordan McCauley.   A lifelong native of the Hershey/Harrisburg area, Jordan currently resides in the Rutherford neighborhood with his wife Megan and 5-year-old daughter Isla.   A large portion of Jordan’s life has been spent in some mode or blend of performance. This ranges from being a standout member of his high school choir, featured in starring roles in local theatre in the early 2000s, being the frontman of a successful local rock band in the mid-2000s, and now - for the past 10 years - conducting instructor-led software training across multiple industries. Circumstances have even come full circle for Mr. McCauley as he finds himself fronting yet another local musical act (namely ‘Saint Eldred’) with his slightly older but far more attractive and charming cousin Josh Herb.   When Jordan doesn’t find himself in front of a doting crowd, he loves, almost more than anything, spending time outdoors working with his wife doing what he affectionately calls “yardening” - a combination of landscaping and gardening. Other hobbies include firearms training, reading military-based fiction novels, and combining his love of sound and spirits by drinking whiskey while listening to his favorite vinyl records.

Let's MillenniYell with Coach Brian Osborne! As a fellow millennial, Brian grew up in Camp Hill, PA and participated in just about every sport, and was fortunate enough to attend catholic school for 12 years.   He pursued collegiate soccer and track & field at Misericordia University, then transferred to Temple University where he graduated with a degree in Sport and Recreation Management.   Since then, Brian has held numerous jobs to coincide with his passion—coaching. He has coached high school basketball, soccer, and track & field at multiple local high schools and now has found himself as the head men’s soccer coach and an admissions outreach coordinator for Central Penn College. His dream job has always been to coach college athletics full-time, not just for the fun of sports, but to help the younger generations develop into productive members of society. Coach Osborne’s journey has required moments of resiliency, compassion, and patience. A stint as a contestant on ABC’s The Bachelorette has provided a platform to speak on his experiences, lessons, and gained knowledge.
