Alberta Williams vanished from a parking lot in Prince Rupert, BC in August 1989.  Her body was found 3 weeks after she was last seen, and her case went unsolved after police were unable to pin who they believed was Alberta’s murderer. 27 years later, a retired RCMP officer emailed a CBC news reporter to reveal the name of who police always believed killed Alberta.
