Hi I'm Jewel, Thank you for tuning into STA. Ever since I was a little girl I loved painting. My favorite artist was Georgia O'Keeffe. Once I felt so inspired by her works that I started painting the walls of my room, and then my parents walked in.

"Argh!!! Is that fire!?"

"Did someone say fire-- oh."

"It's not fire mom. It's just paint."

"See?"

"This is a mess! When will you stop playing around with paint!"

"Oh Jewel, we have told you to invest your time better by reading to become a lawyer."

"Well I don't want to be a lawyer, I am going to be an artist!"

My parents were big time politicians who gave me almost everything I asked for, but life with them wasn't easy.

Thanks to their career, they were always obsessing over what the media and people would say about them that they wouldn't let me live a normal life!

I wasn't even allowed to wear the same outfit twice.

"Oh honey, didn't I just buy you a dashing Gucci gown for this party?"
