Legendary Boston Globe sports columnist Dan Shaughnessy joins Bob, Mike and Hank to talk about his new book, "Wish It Lasted Forever: Life With The Larry Bird Celtics"! Dan talked about traveling with the team as a beat writer in the 1980's, the relationships he developed with the players, coaches and front office executives, as well as the difficulty that comes along with the job when things aren't going that well with the team. You'll hear about some never before told stories including how Larry Bird dealt with Dan after he reported on Larry's bar fight during the playoffs in 1985.The guys also discussed which of the Celtics team they'd like to take with them on a cross country road trip. You might be surprised with some of their answers. Finally, they talked about the Patriots' four remaining regular season games and where they expect them to be after the 17 game regular season wraps up on January 9th.
