In this episode I share with you my 5 sacred practices to navigate a spiritual awakening with kids in tow. So, you’re in the midst of a spiritual awakening. You’ve got young kids, a job, a house and all these responsibilities AND everything about life as you knew it, is being turned upside down. I have healed layers and layers and layers of my life’s experience both on my own and seeking outside help.I have unlocked ancient wisdom within, activating gifts and experienced the rise of the kundalini.
