I believe one of the most beneficial things you can do is “make your body smile”. However, that is not the case for everyone. Let’s dive into today’s episode as we discuss the body aka your temple.

Be strong. Have patience. Wait on the Lord. Jehovah Jireh, means The Lord will provide. Never forget how Jesus took 2 fish, 5 loaves of bread and feeds thousands. And they had left overs! A black man did that. Take heart ❤️🤴🏾

No matter what you’re going through. You can always speak the word of GOD over your life. Speaking the word of GOD out loud causes situations in your life to change. Let’s get into today’s episode.

The beautiful thing about a journey is traveling from one place to another. From hurt to healing. From loneliness to true love. From weak to strong. Regardless of the journey you’re on please remember to be patient with yourself ❤️

I’m sure all of us can agree that this life has so many challenges we did not expect to face. When those challenges arise, I want you to remember one thing and one thing only. You can still win!

In a world full of hate, love is needed more than ever. We must love on GOD. We must love on ourselves. We must love others. To love others is to love GOD and to love others is to love yourself. For we are all one.

I know you don’t have all the answers. I know it gets hard and I know you get scared. Let’s have a talk.

Majority of us have struggled with or will struggle with fear at some point in our lives. Fear can grip you and hold you hostage for years, even decades. Let’s get free from this spirit on our journey home.

So many of us are struggling to hold on. We feel tired, we feel weak and we feel lost. In those moments you can call on the strength of GOD to empower you.

There are so many of us in the Earth that feel hopeless. We feel like things won’t get better for us. We feel like things will never change and in those moments we tend to settle for less. However, I’m here to remind you that their is hope.
