She discusses how group fitness enhances the stress reducing benefits of exercise, specifically by increasing calmness after exercising with someone compared with exercising alone. Kate explores the advantages of delaying your caffeine intake in the morning. She walks us through our bodies’ natural cortisol and melatonin cycle, and explains the importance of natural sunlight for our circadian rhythm.
