Ken Wiebe and Sean Reynolds of Sportsnet dissect the Winnipeg Jets 6-5 shootout loss to the Los Angeles Kings in what was their final game before Friday's NHL trade deadline. The Jets competed hard and broke out of their offensive doldrums but were unable to hold a two-goal lead in the third period as they slipped to 6-10-1 in the past 17 games and 35-24-2 overall. The NHL trade deadline is discussed and so was the approach we expect the Jets to take leading into this weekend's pivotal two-game set with the Edmonton Oilers.
