Bae's Kamp Podcast Episode 17 - Religion
On our 17th episode, the hosts share their views and thoughts about organized religion, spiritual beliefs, and how it affects their lives today. Note: This podcast is a safe space where open discussion among our hosts and listeners are encouraged. We request our listeners to respect the hosts’ views and beliefs mentioned in this episode as they would respect their listeners’. Correction at 48:02 mark - Anj misspoke and incorrectly associated the Kamakura area as the capital during the Heian period. This is incorrect and the Kamakura period was one of the capitals during the shogunate period. :) CONNECT WITH US: If you have any topic suggestions, questions, comments, or concerns, please reach out via our email below. Bae's Kamp Podcast Episode 5 - Wellness
We always ask someone how are they doing but when was the last time you asked yourself that question?  Let us be honest to ourselves here for a moment and think when was the last time you told yourself, “I feel well.” On this episode, Phil, Angela, K, and Jer_ky decided to have an open discussion about what wellness is all about in their own words. They started by defining what it means to be well and then moving on to how awareness plays a key role in taking steps to move forward in one’s journey to personal wellness. Bae's Kamp Podcast Episode 3 - Childhood Food and Snacks
Hello KAMPons! Angela, K, Jer_Ky and Phil decided to turn back the clock and officially start a podcast mini-series! Called “Nostalgia Series,” this will feature discussions about certain aspects of their lives that are closely tied to their younger self and will be published from time to time on this channel. For this episode they are joined by one of their friends, Chris. The inaugural Nostalgia Series episode focused on their most memorable Childhood Food and Snacks. The hosts opened up on what their favorite food and drink items are and why they enjoyed these so much. Also, how culinary delights ranging from their mom’s cooking, to sari-sari store cravings, cafeteria experience, and the remarkable street-food scene in the 90’s and early 00’s affected their juvenile taste buds as to how they eat now as adults. Is there such a thing as an odd food combination and if so, can this be attributed to their childhood snacking choices? You have to listen to this episode to find out! ------- If you were able to relate to the items discussed on the show, or if there’s something that you would like to share regarding your favorite childhood food, snacks and/or drinks, connect with us through our social media platforms. Bae's Kamp Podcast Episode 2 - Are hobbies still relevant?
THANK YOU FOR LISTENING! Wake up, eat, (insert what makes you busy), eat, sleep. Rinse, lather, repeat. As living, breathing, emotional human beings, we have our routines and within those periods that we are given the chance to prove to this world what we can do, are the activities we’d like to call as “hobbies”. Defined by a well-known dictionary publisher as “a pursuit outside one's regular occupation engaged in especially for relaxation”, it’s interesting how it relates in our modern society, more particularly, its relevance to our day-to-day lives. Find what Angela, K (Abad), Jerky, and Phil have to say in this episode of Bae's Kamp Podcast! ------- What do YOU think? Is getting a hobby still relevant in this day and age?
